3. Free Discovery Call Terms

Veronica offers a complimentary Discovery Call under the following terms:

Eligibility:

The free Discovery Call is available exclusively to new clients who have not previously engaged in a paid or complimentary coaching session with Veronica.

Purpose:

The Discovery Call is designed to allow Veronica to understand your current challenges and aspirations, answer any questions you may have, and determine if coaching is the right fit for you.
Please note: This is not a full coaching session, but rather a preliminary conversation to assess compatibility.

Format:

The call is conducted either via phone or an online platform such as Zoom, at a mutually agreed-upon time.

Rescheduling or Cancelling:

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice.
Missed calls without prior notice may forfeit the opportunity for a complimentary session.

Confidentiality:

All information shared during the Discovery Call will be treated with strict confidentiality. Veronica is committed to maintaining your privacy, and everything discussed will remain between the two of you.

No Obligation:

Participation in a Discovery Call does not obligate you to proceed with further coaching services. It is an opportunity to assess mutual fit and determine whether Veronica's coaching can support your journey.

4. Website Content

All content provided on this website, including text, graphics, images, and other materials, is for informational purposes only. We reserve the right to modify or remove content at any time without notice.

5. Privacy and Security

This website is hosted on the Wix platform, which provides a secure infrastructure and uses industry-standard protections to ensure the safety of your personal data. Despite this, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

Booking Confirmation:

To confirm your session with Life Coach Veronica, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures your session and ensures that your time is reserved. The remaining balance must be paid in full before or at the start of your session.

Non-Refundable Deposit:

Please note that the 30% deposit is non-refundable. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling by the client, the deposit will not be refunded.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

Client-Initiated Cancellation: If you wish to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify Life Coach Veronica at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will result in the loss of your deposit.

Coach-Initiated Cancellation:

If Life Coach Veronica needs to cancel or reschedule your session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund of the deposit or the option to reschedule the session at a mutually agreed-upon time.

Payment Terms:

Full payment for the session is required before or at the time of the session. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal. If the balance is not paid by the time of the session, the session will not proceed.

Confidentiality and Privacy:

All information shared during coaching sessions will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. Life Coach Veronica is committed to maintaining your privacy, and your personal details will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law under Australian privacy regulations.

Refund Policy:

Once the session is completed, no refunds will be provided. In case of an emergency or extraordinary circumstance that prevents you from attending, a partial refund or rescheduling may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Life Coach Veronica.

Australian Consumer Law:

Life Coach Veronica abides by all relevant Australian Consumer Law, ensuring that clients are entitled to a remedy in the event of unsatisfactory services provided.

Should you feel that the services you received do not meet expectations, please reach out for resolution within a reasonable timeframe.
